This new app, called FanLoop, offers diverse entertainment content and has established its own ecosystem. Users can watch dramas, movies, news, variety shows, reality shows, and other content without registering. When users show interest in a specific video, FanLoop directs them to related platforms to watch more relevant content. This not only attracts more users but also boosts advertising sales, encourages subscription growth, and enhances the value of advertising.
To drive more new user traffic to the FanLoop app, we guide them through EDM, social media, SMS or campaign activities.
When users are attracted to using FanLoop and watch a large number of movies, dramas, and other trending videos, if they are interested in certain TV series or dramas, they can use links to find the corresponding OTT platform and continue watching related video content.
When users watch movies or dramas on CATCHPLAY, they may become interested in delving deeper into related behind-the-scenes footage or videos. At this point, they can easily find more related content through the FanLoop app. The FanLoop app provides rich resources that enable users to browse, explore, and enjoy their favorite video content with ease..
We are conducting user research for the FanLoop app in order to gain a deeper understanding of our target users' needs and to confirm their journey when using our app. By conducting this research, we aim to develop a better understanding of the user's needs and preferences, in order to make informed decisions about the features and functionality of the app. This will enable us to create an improved user experience that meets the needs of our target audience.

In addition to conducting market research and focus group interviews, we also developed a prototype for user testing. Then, we used the Kano questionnaire to generate a Kano model, which helped us analyze the correlation between product features and customer satisfaction, identify features that can effectively improve customer satisfaction, and prioritize product feature improvements. This comprehensive product development process enables us to gain better insight into user needs and expectations, and determine the optimal product design and improvement direction to meet market demand and enhance customer satisfaction.
According to user research, the majority of users have shown great confidence and interest in our new app. Users believe that current short video mobile apps are inundated with too much UGC (user-generated content), whereas our FanLoop app is primarily focused on PGC (professionally generated content), allowing consumers to enjoy a higher quality content experience. As a result, it has received enthusiastic feedback from consumers.
